  The hotel is on a quiet street just off main boulevards. Very near the Sorbonne and about 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. Very well situated for a direct metro link from Gard du Nord to Odeon. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. Eventhough the toilet n bathroom are shared, but to my surprise, it's very clean. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough, i think is quick good. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.
