  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   This is a beautiful hotel. The pictures on their web site are exactly what the rooms and common areas look like. The furnishings were very top of the line and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely knowledgable about everythin... hva folk sier » g.   The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us.   I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite. The staff was quite helpful and made everything easy for us. We loved the accomodations and the macaroons were a sweet touch.

  Utrolig hyggelig personale, de var kjempe hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Renholdet var veldig bra, høy standard i forhold til våre forventninger ut fra pris. - Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. Staff is very friendly, especially Mohamed. Family member's wallet was stolen at Notre Dame and he helped us cancel credit cards. Hotel is very clean.
