The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, stylish, and could not be in a better location. My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou. Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.

The Hotel has unique styling ,with a Movie/music/cinema theme running throughout the property.Its rather quirky and very nice with brilliant staff well trained in the art of customer care.There is also a cinema with maybe 40 seats contained within the Hotel.Service was top class.

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). The hotel staff were very friendly, accomodative and made my stay a pleasure!.

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square.
