I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. -
