Very helpful staff. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.

We stayed in Siam room - real Thailand in the heart of beautiful Nice.
Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect.
I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

The location was fabulous--perhaps a two minute walk from the main street. The staff communicated in better English than I've ever experienced in a French hotel that hasn't been part of a major chain, and were happy to help with questions and with calling taxis, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider going back.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.
