After travelling around France and Italy for 3 weeks, it was a relief to find a top quality hotel at a very resonable price, more on par with the standards I have experienced aroung the world. We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

The staff was outstanding - helpful, friendly, spoke English; the room was clean and comfortable; if you like to walk in cities, explore neighborhoods, this is a good choice. Not in tourist area but near museums and a healthy walk to the waterfront area. We really enjoyed our stay here. -

The position is super, close to Place Garibaldi, old town and bus lines towards the places to visit on the east side of Nice (e.g. Eze, Monaco, Menton etc.).
The room was nicely decorated (the bathroom as well) and with good facilities, like mini-fridge with drinks, coffee / tea making facilities, AC (though quite loud), bathroom accessories etc.
The staff was friendly as well.
