Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 15:00 to 19:00. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque.
