value we paid for rooms with us driving less than 20 min with traffic to Eiffel Tower. If you are looking for budget with NO frills, this IS the place. If you are high maintenance and need papering or extra things from hotel, this is NOT you place!

I loved the mood of the area, specially at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equiped.

Confortable, the kitchen with everything ready to use, a supermarket at the end of the street, away from the city center but has bus on the street, metro station 10 minutes away on foot, but especially bikes velib 100 meters from the hotel in 30/40 minutes you can reache everywhere

The location: in Bastille, a couple of kilometers away from the most interesting stuff, the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Easily walkable. Also, near the Gare de Lyon train station. There are a lot of coffeeshops and most importantly, supermarkets, nearby.

In fact I didn't stay at the hotel but booked it for two of our grandchildren and a friend. They enjoyed their stay and found the hotel very convenient for the Gare de Lyon and transport to Charles de Gaulle.

It was really clean, and everything felt like new. The kitchen was well
stocked with utensils (yes, they do have bottle openers).
Also, it really helps to have heated towels on cold days.
It's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro, which isn't that far at all. Though most part of the walk is on a slope.
Needless to say, the price was incredibly reasonable.

The man on reception who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, litrally round the corner from the metro station. There is lots of shops, patisseries and resturants around the area. The room was nice and clean, simple but modern and a nice big bathroom. Great price and we would stay here again.

Locationwise:
absolutely perfect for a car trip to Paris. Only a couple of km south-west of the "Boulevard Periferique and China Town, easy and quick access by car to all central areas in Paris as there was hardly any traffic at any given time during the day. The balcony view was also nice while enjoying the morning coffee!

Metro line 1 is very convenient for a lot of the main sights, and a
further 15min walk to Gare d'Austerlitz will get you on the rer to
the Eiffel To -
Small, reasonably priced,not part of a chain, breakfast delivered to
room, English spoken. Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and
gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy
and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning
from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair
and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or
advertised as such.
