  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious. We liked being able to sit in the courtyard surrounded by ... hva folk sier » greenery. - The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar. The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux. The wine bar in the hotel is excellent as was the breakfast
