  The owners, Aude & Sebastien are a lovely couple - nothing is too much trouble. We arrived early and although our room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage. Diane was extremely helpful, booked restaurant and babysitter for us and provided some super breakfast supplies for our arrival.   This was our 6th visit to Bordeaux, having previously stayed at other luxury hotels in the city. Villa Cosy provides a luxury, yet very welcoming and personal service, with only 3 guest rooms. Our room (Andy Warhol) was spacious and comfortable with every facility. We have nothing but praise for Villa Cosy and will definitely stay here again. - Although I had some difficulty finding Villa Cosy (given its understated exterior), the proprietor was awaiting my arrival and welcomed me. Little did I know what a hidden gem this place was, as the interior is both modern and elegant. The room was large and cozy, and breakfast was served en-suite. Although it is a short walk into town, I like that this place is "off the beaten track". I will undoubtedly stay here again when in Bordeaux.
