Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds.Good location and good value for money. Friendly staff and proximity (10 mins walk) to historic centre. Friendly, no fuss accommodation and comfortable. The owner upgraded us on arrival from a room with a shared toilet to a larger room with its own toilet and shower for which we were grateful - however, when I booked, there was no mention that we would originally be sharing facilities. The owner was friendly and helpful, and kindly gave us a bottle of water on arrival, which was extremely welcome as we were parched! It wasn't too far from a large shopping centre and the train station.
