We arrived after reception closed and the staff was very accommodating
and gave us very clear instructions over the phone. The hotel was easy
to find, the rooms had plenty of space and the kitchenette was really

Hotellet var rent, fint og så velholdt ut. Det var enkelt å få parkering utenfor, og beliggenheten var godt iforhold til butikker, avstand til sentrum osv. Hotellet var stille noe som passet godt for oss som reiste med små barn. - good frendly staff very helpfull - Staff freindly and very helpful

Loved everything about this place! We arrived late at night in very rainy weather. Our hostess was ready to welcome us and so very gracious. We had hoped to eat something on the way and it did not work out. We were hungry, wet, cold and tired. We had a little bread and cheese and a bottle of wine with us. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The chateau has also been restored, but in a very tasteful way that felt both authentic and comfortable without being too modern. The family who runs the chateau was so helpful and very friendly. There were several other groups of travelers around for breakfast and there was good conversation between the owners, the others and ourselves. The house we stayed in was excellent. It was well designed, well equipped, clean and an ideal size for a family of four. The location was also excellent for walking access to the town and D-Day beach but also for car access to the other sites of interest such as Bayeaux. The whole site was well maintained and clean -
