I liked the location of the hotel close to the Central Station
It was abit noisy from bypassing trams as my room windows overlooked quite a busy street

very close to shopping centers (forum, stockmann). about 15-20 min by foot away from bus-station and railway station. nice rooms, polite staff, free wi-fi
really hard to find the entrance of the hotel using the map only. the door of the hotel is the next one after music-shop. also elevators work only with your room-card inserted.
Great location and breakfast!! I wil recommend this hotel to eveyone that wants to visit the city and go out at night...its just 5 minutes away from everything you need to see.
Perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the station and about 10 minutes to the Esplanade. Cozy, clean, well-occupated nice furnished modern room. Stable wi-fi connection in the room. Nice bed, choice of pillows. Pretty good hair-dryer in the bathroom. Friendly staff but that is usual for Finland I think.
Breakfast was a little bit poor, just a simple continental staff, but enough for beginning of a day

- Staff was very helpful and give us lots of information about buses, metros and about the hotel too. -The room was what we asked: on upper floors, quiet and peaceful. Even no street noise even though the street was just below!
- Sauna was open only early in the evening and we arrived late, so we missed it.

The room we selected was very large, contemporary, clean, and comfortable.
It was somewhat difficult to get ice. We would have enjoyed nicer bed linens.

Extremely small bathroom, cannot use shower and sink at the same time. The room was small in general, but the bathroom was extra small.
Good central location, next to Metro station and tram stop, free and effective WIFI, large room, big windows with effective black-out curtains, great water pressure in the shower.
Basic lobby, unable to open the windows, breakfast choice limited but essentially ok. Starting to look a bit tired and would benefit from a soft refurbishment.

I liked the fact that there was a large selection of gluten free breakfast food (included in price of room). The 3 female receptionists I dealt with switched to English immediately and were very helpful with directions to shops and transport information plus were very friendly.

An excellent location to walk and see all the main sights of Helsinki and for local transport to airport etc. 200 metres to bus terminus and rail station. Supermarkets, shops etc all nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again if we go back to Helsinki.

Excellent location in the center of the city (just a 2 minute walk from the railway station and all the central shops), but very quiet at the same time, good sound insulation. Price is low compared to other central hotels. Nice breakfast.

The room is very small, especially the bathroom. This can become a problem for those who want to stay for several days.
First of all, I would like to thank the staff for friendly support and excellent service which I had during stay at the hotel.
There might be your guests will be happier if they will be able to have a breakfast from 7 a.m to 11 a.m.,if you don't mind.

It’s conveniently located -surrounded with shoppings and restaurants. Plus the rooms are really clean.
The room and toilet should be bigger. Hot flask with basic beverages should be available in all rooms.

The biggest advantage for a tourist is its excellent location.It is just 10 mts walk from Central railway station.All major tourist sites are walkable.
The hotel amenities are very basic.The bathrooms are old fashioned.
