We took all 3 rooms available and shared a dining area. Excellent breakfast including omelet made to order by our host. She even picked a bowl of grapes from the yard! Easy walk to university and city center in a single family residential area. Off street parking by the house. Good location, among historical (wooden) buildings and Toome park just around a corner. Quite private and small place, but thats a pluss:) Cosy room with wide wooden floorboards.
