  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff . My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up !   The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Variety of food for breakfast was great. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance. They met my request for the apartment i wanted, although price increased from those listed on letsbookhotel.com, because it was a different type. markable change since my last visit with regards to general maintenance of the apartment I normally stay in.
