I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Apart from the man on the desk all

This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.

I liked the friendly way that the receptionists use while dealing with us; especially when they offered a cot for our baby for free, a free parking and a free late check-out for about three hours. They were more than marvelous to the extent that I felt like travelling abroad and smelling the relaxation atmosphere there. -

We arrived at the hotel a few hours earlier and the staff at the hotel
allowed us to have an early check in. We tried restaurant in 12 floor
(Horus) for dinner and 1st floor (Sphnix) for breakfast. The hotel staff
