The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  Rooms were absolutely spotless, perfect size of room with everything needed for a weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Metro a 5 minute walk and tram stop approximately the same. Could not speak highly enough of the apartments, all for great value as well.   Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

  The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way.   We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. We found photos on the web of Havel announcing the end of communism from its - Excellent location, right in Wenceslas Square, short walking distance to Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Apartments are fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge and washing machine. And they all work!! On both sides of apartment entrance are the entrances of Marks and Spencer which stocks well priced English food. Finally, Apartments are ten minutes walk to Prague Central Station with its numerous cafes and ATM's, as well as the pickup point for db coaches to Germany.

All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room.   Superb loaction, clean and nice staff. Recomended - Greit møblert, men ble litt overrasket over at det bare var et soverom. har bodd der før på 7-sengsrom, men da var det 2 bad og 3 soverom.forventet også romservice i hvert fall på hverdager. Var det utenom sesong? Sist vi bodde der mener jeg det ble hentet søppel og skiftet håndklær hver dag.
