I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Hotellet ligger godt til i forhold til mange severdigheter. Vi trengte ikke ta offentlig kommunikasjon. Personalet var behjelpelig. Frokosten var god. Vi var heldig og ble oppgradert til suite. -

Rene, store rom. Ypperlig beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. - Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

Very kind,well motivated and concerned staff! They organized a pick up from the Airport and the entire stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very good location and quite and comfortable rooms. -

Lucia is a fantastic hostess, she was very helpful and friendly. Location is very good, about 10 minutes walking from the center. Very quiet place and good caffes for breakfast around the hotel. We will defenitely stay at this place again when come back to Prague.

Stor plass med fin utsikt mot Karlsbroen . - Excellent staff, small gifts (fruit bowl, plate of chocolates) appeared on table while we were out for dinner and the excellent location - you step out of the hotel door and you are basically on the Charles' bridge. I would choose it again. - Very good
