Serviced apartments, not a hotel, but this actually suited us better as we were able to prepare a cooked meal one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. We were able to check-out around 9pm to catch a midnight train as no one had booked for that night so that was handy. Staff very friendly upon arrival. -

The hotel is in a great location in Lesser Town, just over Charles Bridge. You can be at the Castle or the Old Town Square within 10-15 mins (walking). Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.
