There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Extremely kind staff. Durring my stay my baby got sick suddenly, tehn the staff helpe us very much to call ambulance and so on. And a young person (a driver of hotel taxi) could help us in the hospital as well. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. The hotel was very nice. The rooms are newly renovated and is very nice and design. The beds are amazing, big, comfy, it was like sleep in heaven!!!!!!!!!!First time in my life the photo on website don't lie. The room is fully equipped (coffe set, TV Wilde range of channels and languages. The Stuff were friendly and everywhere was clean. The breakfast was nice with fresh bread and cake. The big + is a free parking. To the city centre 15 min. directly by public transport.
