I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are ok and varied. The rooms are light, clean and nice looking, pretty spacious, too. The whole place has recently been renovated and it is pretty modern. The price was also quite reasonable. The receptionists speak good English and Russian. The location is perfect, close to Staropramen brewery and to a bus station, lots of shops and pubs around, a very quiet place, 15 minutes by tram to the city cen.
alle vurderinger » Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, even though opposite the front desk and with a window to the street. Its a very quiet residential neighborhood. The rain/massage shower was fabulous. Breakfast was great, and we had a nice conversation with the breakfast room server. Best of all was our hostess who spent mu h time with us, helping us plan our day of sightseeing and how to use the trams to go everywhere. She gave us her tour guidebook pages, which were invaluable, and several ma. A bit out of city centre but we liked that, as long as you have a car to get there. Good public transport into the city. Room small but good and very clean. Staff very helpful and an excellent breakfast provided. Good fast Internet service available. The staff went out of their way to find a laundromat for us printing off all the info on how to find it etc. Thank you it was a fabulous laundromat even provided coffee and wifi free. Hotel is very nice and extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room facilities are better than could be expected. Although the hotel is not located in the center of Prague, its location is perfect for someone who appreciates some rest after sightseeing. Peaceful, residential area, few pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood, unproblematic connections with the center by trams or underground. The hotel is small, and cosy, in a very beautiful, quiet vicinity, not too far, however, from the city centre. The nearest metro station is within a walking distance, and there is quite a good grocery nearby. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are not very big, but clean, comfortable and they have good air conditioning. A great place to stay. They supplied us a baby bed for free eventhough I did not expect since I have only left one note like "pls leave us a babybed", and everything was sorted out already when we arrived! facilities are new and clean. Excelent price, pritty clean, digital safe at room. Free parking at site. Wery fast wifi. And wery friendly owners, speaks english and russian. Not too big, family owned hotel at a very good price/quality level. Staff speaks several languages. Quiet location. Usually no problem with public parking next to hotel and owners can also provide parking in a private yard for a fee. Excellent staff who helped with our bags, kind and friendly. Bottle of water and kettle was available in our large, modern, clean room. Interesting access to rooms and excellent breakfast (both hot & continental). The breakfast was realy super :) The destination from city center by walking is quite reasonable, public transport is just well organized and easy to use. The key system was new for me and I did like it very much. The staff was helpful, room was OK, clean and functional. Breakfast was also good, big variety of pastries. They had very nice clean rooms get the rooms facing the city if possible. They had a very good breakfast with enough choices for even a picky eater. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, big bathroom, generous breakfast, cheap price, location outside of the city center. I liked everything, and the location (for those who like to walk), and breakfast and comfort in rooms. Value for Money Safety & Security Cleanliness Staff. Staff was amazing, so helpful & accommodating. Pohodlie, čistota, ústretový personál. The location is a bit out of the way, and takes a little while on trams, bus and walking, to return at the end of the day. All good for a budget hotel with all the facilities you need. The only thing that I didn't like were guests in the room nearby, behaving very noisily at night. However, it turned out that the walls are thick and it wasn't a big problem, even though the guys were literally screaming all the time :). I have nothing to say:). It is not at a walking distance from the most interesting parts of the city (not a problem for me personally). One must use other means of transportation. Parking spot might be difficult to find since its on the street only. Takes 30min by transit to old city. There is no view from lower rooms. I think it could be mentioned at the hotel description wich rooms has view and which are not. Small, easily repairable things in the bathroom, like leaking shower tube. Rooms could have been more friendly with p.e. with some pictures, photos on the wall. The fingerprint scanner failed sometimes, it took a couple of tries. a little bit far from city but that's fine if you can walk 10 mins from bus station. the location was a bit off. As it took about a half an hour to get to the city center. Location is little bit far from Prag old city center but if you like walking there is no problem also you can use bus. Its just 7 min by walk.
