  The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way.   Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city. Very easy to walk to main sightseeing locations. The Botel also has a car service you can purchase to pick you up from the airport which is very handy as Prague airport only has bus transfers or taxis. The rooms have a slightly dated décor but I think this adds to the charm of the hotel. - Good location, in walking distance to the main sights, clean room with a riverside view, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant, wi-fi was working even in the room (not far from the reception although), with secret deal excellent value for money.

  Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. The kitchen has a boiling pot and coffees and teas are provided. - The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.

  The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic.   We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!
