The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Extremely kind staff. Durring my stay my baby got sick suddenly, tehn the staff helpe us very much to call ambulance and so on. And a young person (a driver of hotel taxi) could help us in the hospital as well. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. The facility is in very good condition and the staff is very nice. Sincerely recommend it to everyone who are going to stay in Prague!

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Large room, good facilites, friendly stuffs. The mattress was amazing.

centered, but good enough. 10 to 15 min with tram along the river. I
think it is even better to just avoid the crowd in the center. Prague is
