Beliggenheten - We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Fantastisk å kunne se rett ut på rådhusplassen, samtidig som hotellet (i alle fall i november) ligger i et rolig hjørne av plassen. Koselig frokost restaurant, betjening tilgjengelig 24 timer. - Utrolig bra beliggenhet, fine, sjarmerende værelser i autentisk stil. Nydelig utsikt. Bare gode ting å si.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street.
Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. A thoroughly enjoyed stay, thank you, I think we will go back and stay there. -

- Well furnished apartment (wide screen TV, couch, Laptop in room, strong WIFI, a big bed per person).

- Bathroom is spacious, has a washing machine, hair dryer, soaps/shampoos etc. Warm water always available.
