  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  Beliggenheten - We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view.   My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great! ... hva folk sier » The room was spacious and as we were meeting our daughter in Prague - it provided privacy in a Family Suite. We would highly recommend the Aurus Hotel - The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

  The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. Some have said it is hard ... hva folk sier » to find but if you enter gps coordinates instead of the address, finding the hotel is no problem. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.
