Stor plass med fin utsikt mot Karlsbroen . - Excellent staff, small gifts (fruit bowl, plate of chocolates) appeared on table while we were out for dinner and the excellent location - you step out of the hotel door and you are basically on the Charles' bridge. even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

The apartment is just great! The location is great (once you've settled in as it took quite a walk from the tram stop to the place) as it's right there below Charles Bridge. Jan, the owner, was very helpful though she doesn't speak English at all. She called her son to help us with the info we needed. She also called a cab for us on the check out

The location in perfect, in the city center but in a quite area. We didn't hear any noise at night. The front desk people was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent too. The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows.
