it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :)
so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool

We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

Hotel is very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Almost luxury grade, but without the services, extra staff and attention to details ... if you don't care about such things it makes for good value. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3. Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

As a seasoned traveller, I can say - hand on heart this was one of the best mini break experiences I have encountered worldwide. The transfers from and to the airport were perfect. The owners Hana and Vaclav were friendly, informative and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room,
