Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good
shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite
hotel breakfast from the whole trip. Also just around the corner from
Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock. -
Everything was more than excellent.

Veldig vennlig og koselig betjening. Satte pris på at de ordnet taxi/sjåfør som hentet oss og kjørte oss tilbake til flyplassen. Behjelpelig med bestilling av restaurant, samtidig som de selv også har en OK restaurant. Veldig bra beliggenhet (1. min fra Palladium shoppingsenter og noen få minutter å gå til markedsplassen). The taxi service arranged which was for an extra charge was effiecient and driver was friendly. - Room and facilities were beautiful (very nice bathroom andkitchen), walking distance from anywhere you would want to go incity, helpful staff

The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. I stayed in a single room, which was a good size and it was clean.

Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well.
For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too.
Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. I appreciate a lot a wonderfull new reception . Excellent food and especially very helpfull staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Beautifull room furniture, very comfortable. The room has a soundproof windows and it is very quiet. I am from Hungary so I don´t suppose that somebody speaks Hungarian, but at the reception you can speak every world
