  The apartment is just great! The location is great (once you've settled in as it took quite a walk from the tram stop to the place) as it's right there below Charles Bridge. Jan, the owner, was very helpful though she doesn't speak English at all. She called her son to help us with the info we needed.   The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

I’m glad that I ordered the shuttle from the hotel to pick us up to and from the airport coz the hotel is far from the airport (but close to tourist area). Apartment: big and clean. However, the Monday morning we left is a bit noisy as they are back to work. One more thing is that letsbookhotel.com and the hotel both charges - hostess texted me with directions which was helpful. We loved the terrace, especially lounging in the evening after "touristing" all day. It's close to the city, very clean rooms, fridge, small bathroom and shower, but adequate. Place is very roomy, ceiling is slanted and a bit low, so be careful getting up!

  The charming hotel built in 1730 is extremely well located at the castle end of the famous Charles bridge just around the corner on a quiet side street. We had a huge 2 room suite with 2 fabulous king sized beds with luxurious linens, 9 foot ceilings with a frescoes ceiling in the living room and very old parquet floors throughout.
