The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really
appreciate their assistance

Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money. Our stay at Apartments Petra was wonderful. The hostess, Ileana, is so welcoming and gives great travel/sightseeing ideas. We were welcomed with lemoncello and enjoyed delicious cherry brandy (homemade!) the next day. The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food.

first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. Being able to explore the whole of Old Town easily from here on foot was wonderful.
