  We absolutely loved Villa Carrara.In the heart of the Unesco Trogir old city, you opened your window to look onto the cobblestreets and wonderful atmosphere of Trogir.The hotel looks tiny from outside but the rooms are very cosy,new & bright. We are in our 30's & my mom & friend in their 50's,so all ages will have fun there. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

  Perfect location. Pristine swimming pool. 50 meters to sea. Grocery store, bar, and pebble beach within 5 minute walk. Restaurants a little farther. Also only a 5 minute walk to pickup-point for boat-taxi to Trogir (the best way to get to the city - no worries about traffic or parking). Owner Vinko is extremely helpful, friendly and relaxed. Be sure to talk to him if you want to rent a boat or take - Maca apartments is a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Fantastic view from our balcony. Vinko the owner was helpful in recommending places to eat and places to go. Really close to amenities such as supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars. Can recommend the "boat line" which will take you into the beautiful town of Trogir. The apartments also have a fantastic gym with great equipment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

  Me and my husband stayed here last month with another couple. We where very pleased with the villa. Very good location, beautiful view of the old town, spotless apartment, nice and modern and very clean bathroom. we where very happy to have chosen this one. We had a good walk in the old town of Trogir and a pleasant dinner. Thanks to the owners, it was a very good nigh - The hotel was facing the harbour with beautiful views of sailing boats from the room window. The hotel is just across the bridge from the mainland and prices are significantly cheaper for food & drink, yet you get to the centre in 5 minute walk. Parking was a squeeze but they accommodated us so that was a bonus.

  We stayed at Villa Angel and had the best time. We were met by Ivan, Sanja and her mom and they were wonderful hosts. The room which had a beautiful terrace faced the marina and old city of Trogir. It was beautiful. The location is the best and a short 5 minute walk by the marina and you're by the bridge and old city. A must to see and ex - The appartment is very clean, it has a nice view at the harbour. The owners do everything to make your stay as good as possible. In 5 minutes you are in the old town of Trogir. The closest beach at walking distance is on rocks, but there are more beaches at a little further distance. Also the owners can drive you to a members-only beachclub were you have a free entrance when you stay at villa angel.
