The customer service at Hotel Marul was superb. The receptionists were very welcoming when we came in, showed us around the hotel and shared insights/recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. One of the owners, Slavko, was especially helpful. He recommended 2 excellent restaurants while we were there and actually drove us to the restaurants himself. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
