  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. They looked up ferry and bus times for us, bought our tickets, advised us... hva folk sier » about unusual shopping needs--anything we needed help with, they were there. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. She made the apartment so welcoming and was there... hva folk sier » if we needed anything. The Tv wasnt working and she called the provider and it was fixed in minutes. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  Vi var to familier, totalt 8 personer, og hadde dermed hele huset for oss selv, inkl. leiligheten øverst med takterasse. Rommene og beliggenheten super for vårt behov, sentralt i gamlebyen i Split. Alt virket nytt, lekkert innredet med moderne interiør i kontrast mot de gamle murveggene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit! - Wow. This place is fabulous... hva folk sier » ! To start, our host, Marija, simply could not have been kinder or more accommodating. She was extremely helpful in making recommendations for sightseeing, dining, etc. in Split. She was also very gracious about accommodating a couple of special requests we had. I stayed at Villa Marta with a group of five friends (two couples plus two solos), so we rented out the entire villa. I highly recommend booking the duplex apartment with terrace - the terrace is absolutely sp - I have been in Split many times before, but this was a truly authentic and special experience. We arrived to the house early, so we had a drink on our host at a cute little bar on a picturesque busy little square , where we soaked up the lively atmosphere of the city.. Villa Marta is a really special place to stay. Located in the heart of the town, it is a part of the Diocletian palace itself.   Vi fikk dessverre bare en overnatting pga. sykdom som utviklet seg i løpet av natta. Vi opplevde meget god mottagelse da vi ankom hotellet.   The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We traveled with our 16 month old daughter and my husbands parents and we all enjoyed our stay. Our first night, it was raining and our hotel arranged for us to order dinner from an excellent restaurant and eat it in the hotel dining room with wait service. They were very friendly to our daughter and had a nice - The hotel is in an excellent location close to good restaurants, the marina, the beach and the Diocleatian palace. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Would certainly stay again given the chance.
