great stay - spacious apartament with quite well equipped kitchen (but no kettle available!), close to the rocky beach, quiet (provided you like countryside noise of neighbouring rooster, we did :-)).
Very friendly staff.
Rovinj is delightful, our best in Istria. -

The hotel was comfortable and all the staff helpful and friendly. A good value as well. -

The location of Villa Squero was perfect. The first 2 nights we stayed in the attic room where we were happy except for the bonking of our heads on the angled ceiling. We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel. The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it.

We stayed for a festival for 1 week. We were pretty near to the old town although we did hire bikes to get around which is much quicker than walking. The apartment had everything you need. There were two balconies which was great and lots of space to put your stuff. The owners were very friendly and helpful they even gave us the odd lift to places

This is great place very central to what you want to see. The room is excellent as is Leo the manager who is helpful and friendly. You will probably need to call him prior however to find the place as it can be difficult.
Otherwise this is a very good place to stay - I wish we had longer to stay here.
