  The place was absolutely new and clean. We booked at the very last minute and the host came to meet us within 30 min from our booking. She also allowed us to check out a few hours later than the official check out time. With the new air con. System perfectly working we slept very well. The view from the windows was beautiful too. - We were met at the airport by a driver arranged by the owners, Paula and Adrian. He took us to the property where we were met by the owners, who greeted us warmly and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. They also offered to take us to the port the next day. The room was perfect; beautifully designed, clean and quite comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit, and sweets on the table. We couldn't have made a better choice for accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer

  Spent 10 days travelling from Zadar to Dubrovnik, taking in Split Bol and Mljet in between. This was definitely the best room & location we stayed in. The location is stunning.   The apartment was very close to the beach. Supermarket was also close ,5 min walk. It was very nice and new inside and had all the things you would expect including air-con in both bedrooms and the lounge kitchen . Also had a washing machine.

  Amazingly clean and extremely friendly host. The location itself is right on the beach, you only have to exit from Villa Anka, make a few steps, and here you are on the beach! We stayed on a Studio (2+1) with all the kitchenware available, bathroom with good quality toiletries, air conditioning, a balcony with view both to the sea and mountain (Mt... hva folk sier » .Biokovo, which I recommend to have an ATV excursion on it). Also just near the Villa Anka is a Super-Market and a Diving Center, together with a lot - Villa Anka has a perfect location just 50 meters from the beach, but it is not noisy at all, so as it is built deap in garden. We had a small balcony with amazing view on mountains and sea. Tucepi central part near the sea with nice restaurants is about 3 minutes walk. The sea is perfectly clean with wonderful color of water. The owner is a very very pleasant woman who tried her best to make our stay in Anka perfect.

  We had a great 2 night stay in July 2013. Sanyin the landlord, who lives upstairs from the apartment, provided great service from the time he picked us up at the bus station. He says he does not always provide pickups, but we were glad he did, even though our bus was a little later than expected. He was so friendly, and even a little like a father to us (we were two young women - We can't speak highly enough of the Apartments San and recommend it to anyone seeking top quality and spacious apartment accommodation. The hosts provide a cheery welcome and want guests to enjoy their beloved Split - nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to ensure guests enjoy all the comforts (and appliances) of home, with even a few complimentary drinks in the fridge.
