  Great apartment, We, my wife and I had the Big apartment and our kids the upper one at Domobrana 18 for a week. Our was the perfect home for a week. Fully furnished, and equipped well with all the spices, paper, detergents, phenomenal extra virgin olive oil of own production even cold water and juice in fridge. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage. Private parking - Very clean, all looked new and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen outside on large terrace/balcony with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the sea across to Hvar. A nice touch was the provision of salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar and their own olive oil. The owners met us off the catamaran and after a short walk drove us to the apartment which is well situated on the hill within easy walk of the town centre and the beach.   Spent 10 days travelling from Zadar to Dubrovnik, taking in Split Bol and Mljet in between. This was definitely the best room & location we stayed in. The location is stunning. When you open the window it's like a picture frame with the sea in the foreground, the island of Hvar in the middle ground and blue skies in the background.   Amazingly clean and extremely friendly host. The location itself is right on the beach, you only have to exit from Villa Anka, make a few steps, and here you are on the beach! We stayed on a Studio (2+1) with all the kitchenware available, bathroom with good quality toiletries, air conditioning, a balcony with view both to the sea and mountain (Mt... hva folk sier » .Biokovo, which I recommend to have an ATV excursion on it). Also just near the Villa Anka is a Super-Market and a Diving Center, together with a lot - Villa Anka has a perfect location just 50 meters from the beach, but it is not noisy at all, so as it is built deap in garden. We had a small balcony with amazing view on mountains and sea. Tucepi central part near the sea with nice restaurants is about 3 minutes walk. The sea is perfectly clean with wonderful color of water. The owner is a very very pleasant woman who tried her best to make our stay in Anka perfect.

  We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront. Villa Paulina has only been open one year. The apartments are beautiful, well finished and have an an amazing view of the bay. Brela is a small, once fishing village now tour - We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

As previously mentioned in other comments he gives you a mobile phone with his contact details and should you need anything you can give him a call which put our mind at rest. He spoke with us for 10 minutes or so to tell us the things to see and do in Split which was very useful and pointed out a great wine and chee... hva folk sier » se bar a short 5 minute walk away! Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen - Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount. The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard. It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.   We had a great stay at Apartment Karmen. A very friendly family. A great location, easy walk to the town Trogir. Everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. We spent a lovely three weeks in Croatia. We would definitely recommend staying at Apartment Karmen for a great holiday.
