This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;

the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

We stayed for three days in the beginning of October 2013. The weather was really bad so we didnt use the outside pool or the close beach/water. We did though enjoy the room with jacuzzi, sofa-group and wide-screen TV. Evenings we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy the great courses (can really recommend the filet mignon w. truffles and the macaroni), and every morning we had one of the best breakfasts ive ever had; Eggs Benedict with local smoked ham and salmon. Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. The personnel were very helpful and nice. The room was also nice with beautiful view and nice jacuzzi bath tub. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The hotel is situated in village of Seget Vranjica located about 5 km north of Trogir. There is however a nice walking path on the coastline going to Trogir and you can also use the bus.
