The apartments are located in a peaceful residential area within a short distance by bus or taxi to Pula town. Ana is a lovely, helpful, thoughtful host, with extensive local knowledge who organised our trips and gave us valuable advice on sightseeing, restuarants and local amenaties and even came out late one night to taxi us home after long delays on our excursion. The host Igor was very friendly and helpful and gave us a bottom floor apartment as requested which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything you could think of and was very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfortable and we had a nice deck to relax on. Igor helped us with some itineraries for our days in Rovinj/Istria. We loved our little tour around all the hilltop towns. We were sad to leave and could have spent a lot longer there!

Everything about Arte Casa is just perfect. I spent only one night in this accommodation because I was on the business trip. I needed to leave early in the morning (at 5:30) and the owners woke up and prepared a coffee for me and my colleague. This family-run guesthouse is situated just a few minutes driving from city centre, in a peaceful area. Owners give their best to make you feel welcome. Buffet breakfast was really nice, especially their home-made jam.

We spent our honeymoon at Casa Svalba and really had a wonderful time. We were suprised and impressed by warm and lovely hospitality (welcome treatment, daily cleaning, etc.). Once again we would like to thank Casa Svalba for having such a good time in Rovinj.

Very comfortable appartment: you can find almost everything you'd like! Very clean, spacious bedrooms. The private terrasse is very cosy, perfect to have breakfast.
The owner sent us an e-mail to explain how to come by car, very useful otherwise might be hard to find.
Very quiet environment.

This place is on the edge of town down a little street you would never otherwise go down. 5 minutes into Rovinj city. Washer and two bathrooms. Only thing is an uncomfortable bed to sleep on for 4 consecutive nights.

It's a very nice apartman with big closed terrace in a village part. We can cook for the family in the well-equipped kitchen. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's far from the noise but the supermarkets and the beach are only 5-10 minutes by car. -
