Absolutely breathtaking surroundings! We had been in Croatia and around the islands for over a week when we stayed here and tried many other apartment/hotel/rooms.... This is a wonderful place. With the most perfect location just a few steps to the beautiful sea - perfect for lots of swimming in a quiet and tranquil environment. And Bozinca and her family looked after us so well! The food at the restaurant is really wonderful and a great way to try lots of Croatian dishes - we loved it and would recommend it. A lovely place to stay! Took the bus from Sobra, very cheap and the bus driver dropped us right outside. The place is on the bay, so easy to reach by boat as well. Our balcony was set only a road's width from a beautiful cove. Polace is a very small village with just one road, houses on one side and moorings on the other, at the entrance to the national park (though I would reccomend driving a few minutes up the road to save a bit of a walk to the lakes) so I simply cannot explain how good this location is. The room has a fairly basic feel to it, but everything was new, clean and worked well. There was a small but well equipped and adequate kitchenette

The house is located 3 minutes walk from the sea side, which is very appreciable because there is a feeling to be alone in a small village (no noise). The room was big with a balcony having a very nice see view.

the room was clean and bright and had a balcony overlooking the little town and the sea! everything apart from the tv (which we didn't care to use anyway) and the wifi worked well. there was an air condition and even a little fridge in the room.
the place was nice and quiet - perfect to relax.

He came to pick us up from the ferry port upon arrival which was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise and also helped us by offering us lifts to and from the ferry port throughout our stay which was very helpful. Everything - excellent location, warm and friendly staff, nice studio apartment with a fantastic view over looking the lovely bay and church tower. Just looking at the view was relaxing! We enjoyed delicious meals on the terrace. Would definitely return and recommend
