  At least in the off-season, this place is great value. The flat is convenient, in a great setting, offering a fantastic view from the balcony. The sauna/spa costs extra, but is nice. The location is great, at least if you have a car: Zadar and two beautiful national parks are prety close. Novigrad town center is in easy walking distance (2 min) an... hva folk sier » d very charming, but offers hardly any infrastructure, except for a bakery + a bar. - The village was stunning and the hotel is in perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the evening where we tasted the best octopus salad, overall the food was fantastic. Our room was 31 and the balcony had 2 small bird's nests which made it even more special. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

  Everything was exactly as promised, including the sea view. The structure is located within walking distance from the water and central to Petrcane, which has beautiful cyrstal clear water. Staff are friendly and helpful. - good location, comfortable rooms, looks exactly as shown on website
