Lovely lady greeted us, she was very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The outside noise was quite loud at night being so close to stradun, but it should be expected for the location. Only complaint is the pillows being very uncomfortable, but other than that, good budget accommodation

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.
Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. We arrived at night so we couldn't really tell where exactly we were, but the next morning we realized that our bathroom window opens right up to the tourists walking the wall!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Apartments Lucic for 7 nights in August 2013. The apartment was at a perfect location just next to the Old Town and was a very reasonable price for where it was located. The apartment was well furnished and clean with everything we needed, including a tv, wifi and air conditioning. The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

The owners Dino and Anna are extremely friendly, helpful, attentive and keen to make your stay as good as possible. Dino met me at the bus station avoiding the stress of finding the apartment. Any request I had, they assisted me. True, authentic Croatian hospitality!

Big room with private bathroom across hallway. Great location, we only stayed one night before heading off for a cruise so it was perfect for us. Nice outside courtyard and although the owners speak limited English they were lovely and accommodating. Great budget option.
