Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

It was very easy to find the apartment with the help of the tourist information booth outside the city wall. Villa Flores was on a quiet street one and a half blocks off the main street. The staff was more than accommodating and went out of there way to help us with a predicament outside the realm of the hotel. -

It's a great location just of the Stradun, really easy to get around to the cable car, the walls, restaurants etc.
**Tip** Take a backpack and not suitcases, there are a LOT of steps in Dubrovnik old town and carrying a suitcase up and down them is a bit of a pain. don't let that put you off staying in the old town though, it's romantic and beautiful. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.

It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. -

Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable. An amazing location in the heart of the Old Town, a moment's stroll from the Stradun. Beautiful wooden beams in the apartment give it a really rustic feel and the size of the apartment is great, with a large room with a big sofa, kitchen and double bed. The 4-6 person apartment was very modern and comfortable. It was sufficiently air-conditioned, fairly spacious, and the sofa bed was the size of a double bed so the apartment could've easily fit 6 people (we were a group of 5).
The shower was excellent, and the sink was large enough for 2-3 people to brush their teeth at the same time.
Very central location within the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town.

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.

The apartment was well placed in Dubrovnik only a three minute walk from the main gate into the city. It is right in the hub of things, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night and no noise can be heard from the nearby eateries. We were able to come back during the day several times. The shower was excellent and the bathroom newly fitted. Seeing where some of the apartments are in Dubrovnik i.e up several dozen stone steps the apartment Lepur is a winner!

We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. We arrived at night so we couldn't really tell where exactly we were, but the next morning we realized that our bathroom window opens right up to the tourists walking the wall!
