  Extremely helpful owners, stunning views, great rooms. - The owners were very nice and were at the ferry port when we arrived and dropped us there again when we were leaving. They gave us helpful advice about the area. The apartment was huge and really nicely decorated (It was nicer than it looks in the pics in my opinion!).   We highly recommend staying at this studio. It was impeccably clean and comfortable and has all the amenities one could wish for including a washing machine, large tv, dvd player (+dvds), microwave etc. Mirica and Vicko are such welcoming hosts who make sure that you have everything you need. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sun after a day of activities! - Vicko meeting us at ferry port in his big 4x4, and later taking us back. Since it wasn't booked and we stayed for 2 days he let us have a very spacious duplex apt so I cannot comment on what the smaller rooms are like. Korcula is a gorgeous little gem of a town and I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant prices which seem to be much cheaper than those in the other very touristy places we stayed in - Split, Brac, Hvar, Cavtat.

  Our stay in Villa Tea was absolute paradise. The view from the villa is literally like no other in the world and the terrace to look over the view is enormous! We had a very comfortable apartment, we were 2 young couples in our early 20s and the appartment was more than big enough for all of us. The walk into Korcula town is a - Very nice comfortable, spacious villa with everything you could need provided. There were only one other couple around when we stayed so we literally had the pool to ourselves. It was very clean and warm enough. The walk into Korcula town is just right - about 20 mins with children in tow. This was by far the best accommodation we stayed in during our 2 weeks holiday in Croatia.

  Great location, beautiful building, old-style feel. - Its locality is marvellous and it had a slightly old world feel that I found attractive and quaint. The proximity to the catamaran to Split - 1 minute walk over the road - took the sting out of the early time for that ferry.

  I managed to get Maria's fourth room which is in the adjacent street to the others. It is actually a little self contained apartment in a cool, cellar-like location. Great atmosphere and I felt as if I really was living in a' real' local house. I loved Korcula, definitely a highlight of Croatia and this little flat was the perfect base to explore ... hva folk sier » from. Maria doesn't speak much English but is very friendly. - The apartment we had was a tastefully modernised mediaeval stone dwelling in very quiet side street, in heart of the old town, although there are other rooms in next street too where Maria lives. TV and air-con included, and very good value. Maria was more than helpful at all times. It was perfect for us. Attractions, harbour and restaurants only 2 minutes away. Wonderful stay.

  We received a very warm welcome from our host who helped us park the car and carried our bags to the aprtment.Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well furnished and had a fully equipped kitchen.From the shaded balcony we had an amazing view of the Old Town of Korcula and the port. We would love to visit again and recommend this apartment. excellent val - After staying here 2 years ago I was so impressed that I've returned. The apartments are clean, spacious, with an amazing view and location. Neno was amazing, he showed true warmth and hospitality. The boat trip organised though Neno was outstanding in which we saw the magnificent islands surrounding Korcula with just ourselves and Mario, the local policeman. Korcula itself it's a beautiful island with magnificent beaches, landscape and culture. I would highly recommend this to anybody.

  Anna & her husband were so friendly and nice and couldn't do enough for you. They picked us up at the bus and dropped us off as well as took us into town to hire bikes. They provided us with plently of information and were very willing to assist in anyway they could. When we got the bikes we hadn't taken our ID and Anna kindly left hers which ... hva folk sier » was very trusting of her. The location is great, nice and quiet but yet not far from Korcula town (3km). The hiring of bikes was great as the roads we - Ana was the most helpful and welcoming host we have ever had! The villa was in an idyllic location, with a beautiful beach with the most beautiful crystal clear water - perfect for swimming and relaxing! It is 10 minutes out of the town in a car, but I would recommend staying here as the beaches in the town are no where near as nice as this. The villa was spotlessly clean and the balcony was huge! I felt truly relaxed after 3 nights here!

Some of the other reviews have commented on power cuts - I ca... hva folk sier » n say that this isn't unusual at all in Korcula, especially when it rains (we've even had lightbulbs explode outdoors in restaurants)! The power went off when we were there too - just a case of flipping a switch in the fuse box in the corridor. We had full working wifi there so obviously those issues of the first few weeks were - The apartment was in the centre of the old town, very clean and bright with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy evening drinks. The only one issue is you can hear people moving around upstairs. Despite this it was defiantly one of the best we stayed at in Croatia. The owner was very very helpful also.

Room had electric kettle, coffee and tea, a fridge, and a working hair dryer. One of the best places I stay - We stayed for a week in the large apartment and it was lovely. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the mornings enjoying the beautiful sea views. We had everything we needed (including a large fully equipped kitchen) and our host was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better - right above the promenade in the scenic old town and within a short stroll of the ferry, taxi boats and shops. Would happily go back and stay again.
