This hotel/b&b is extremely well presented with flowers on the big terrace where breakfast is taken, and carpet throughout, which gives it a very comfortable feel and, importantly, makes it very quiet in the evening. Everything is beautifully clean and the choice for breakfast is sumptuous, perhaps the best I've ever been offered. Our room had a balcony with a lovely sea view, which is probably worth the extra cost in such a beautiful area. The staff were very friendly. This is a very well-.
alle vurderinger » The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija. We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay. The proprietor is a very colourful person. We somehow booked for one person only (instead of two), but were let to stay in the room and were charged only for one person which we thought was very nice. The breakfast is great in its variety. The rest of the staff is also very kind and hospitable. Excellent and rich breakfast with sometimes funny German-speaking stand-up performance by the host. Baby-seat available. Great common terasse with a big table with extra comfortable chairs. The beach & supermarket is just a few minutes walk. Very friendly staff, dedicated owner, rooms cleaned daily, excellent breakfast, short walk to the beach - yet Villa Klara is in a very quiet area. Guest service is way above local standards. Fantastic place to relax!. The view was great, third floor. Breakfast excellent and Wilma, the server was the best. Owner was ver proud of his hotel and we would recommend the hotel. The location is a really nice area of Crotia. Parking and Wi-fi was good.Breakfast and service was excellent. Nice Balcony off room. Nice and friendly people runing the hotel. And i received a bottle of "Biska" as a fare well present!. Close to coastal promenade & beach. Friendliness of staff. Good property with balcony sea views and excellent staff. The room and bathroom were a bit small. There is not much to do in Ičiči but you can reach Opatija and Lovran via the seaside walkway. So there is really nothing to complain about! :). Gps took us to a walkway, but we could not find the driveway up to the Villa. After the frustrating time to find the driveway, we enjoyed it. No elevator. Refrigerator in room stocked with over priced refreshments and notice that it is not to be used by guests for personal use. My room was a bit too small. That I found strange, as I was almost the only guest during my stay. No lift to transfer luggage to upper levels. Very small room and tiny bathroom.
