  Hotel Lapad is a fine hotel with a committed and friendly staff, It is accessible by bus no. 6 which stops outside the hotel where the suspension bridge comes into view. The pool in front of the hotel is clincally clean and well maintained but lacks privacy, a voyeurist's dream. Breakfast is of a high buffet standard. The Bar is small yet caters for an expans - Everything about Hotel Lapad was first class. We arrived very early off the ferry from Bari, Italy - they stored our luggage and set us on the bus to the Old Town, which left every 10 mins from outside the hotel! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were elegant, immaculate and quiet. Their bar/terrace area was delightful and the restaurant was absolutely top notch. We are serious, long term travellers and can honestly say we have never seen such a superb selection of

  The service at the Boutique and Beach Hotel Villa Wolff was terrific and the people couldn't have been nicer or more helpfull.   The best thing of all, and I think a little known secret is the rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. My husband and I would go up there at the end of 2 hot and sweaty days, and it was the perfect place to watch the sun set and the swallows swoop over that beautiful ancient city. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.
