Though the apartment is not in the old town, it only takes a few minutes for a bus ride to get there. There is a beach within walking distance. The environment of the apartment is excellent - very nice view of the old town from the apartment. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I will certainly highly recommend it to those who wish to have a stay in Dubrovnik. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and had an amazing view of the city! The old city is not far away (20 mins walk or just a few minutes by bus or taxi). There is a beach within walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!.
