From the moment Ana picked us up at the bus station until she dropped us off the day of our departure she could not be more helpful. Arriving at the apartment Baklava and a beer were on the table as Ana took out the city map and gave us a 'tour.' The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Ana was insistent that should we need anything or had any problems we must tell her. Anything we wanted from the small vegetable garden we were told to help ourselves. The apartment is quite new. It is very clean and well equipped even for long stays (except that we would complete the inventar with folding luggage racks). It is conveniently located near main roads but it is very quiet. The bus stop to town is less than 100 meters walk. Grocery stores and a vegetable store are very close by. In the vicinity there are plenty of restaurants. In short, the location is superb for visiting Dubrovnik. What is even more appealing, however, is that in this place we f.
Dubrovnik is a very special place but for me this accomodation was really part of the magic!!! Ana and her husband are amazing people. They make you feel so so welcome... They help you with anything you need. The apartment is located in the best location possible not far from the center but far enough not to get crazy with the tourists. Just around the corner a small coffee with amazing pastery. 10 minutes away from the beach. 10 minutes away from the center. The bus nº6 works perfect! Ah! And .
The hostess Ana was the sincerest and warmest person we met on our trip. She welcomed us with drinks and some eggplant and peppers from her own garden. She was super helpful and nice through out our stay. We would have stayed there for two extra nights but the room was already booked. So she arranged us a place at her friend's house. We highly recommend this apartment.The area is nice and very close to the sea, harbour and buss station. There was a mini market close by as well. The apartment wa.
A fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik! A little out of the main centre but very easy to get to via the regular bus and quite nice to be out of the busy old town area. Ana, the owner, is possibly the nicest person you'll ever meet, both she and her family were very helpful. Good cooking facilities at the apartment. The apartment is great value for money for Dubrovnik prices.

The hosts were very friendly and when I asked where i could get some Medica (Honey Raiki), they pulled out a bottle and gave it to us!!

Much traffic around, but you don't hear it inside the apartment.
Some walking distance to the Lapad beach. For a longer stay it would be good to have some more storage space for clothes and luggage in the apartment. No coffee maker in the kitchen, we had our own small espresso maker.
A little hard to find without a really good map.
