  We absolutely loved Villa Carrara.In the heart of the Unesco Trogir old city, you opened your window to look onto the cobblestreets and wonderful atmosphere of Trogir.The hotel looks tiny from outside but the rooms are very cosy,new & bright. We are in our 30's & my mom & friend in their 50's,so all ages will have fun there. The staff ... hva folk sier » were incredible & upgraded us for free to a larger room.Josko was great fun,our rental cars trunk ended up being broken & he waited 3 hours in - We stayed in the apartment - room 1. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

Hotellet har 20 rom og er lite og oveoversiktlig. 5 - 10 min. slak og lite trafikkert vei ned til stranden. - Intimt og nært, kort vei til det meste. Personlig service fra de ansatte.   The hotel has private parking which is very important in Trogir. It's located near the main street, very close to the market and to the bridge to the old town (5 minutes walk). Everything in the hotel is new, clean and pretty. Furniture is modern and there is enough space in the room and in the bathroom. All over the place in the building is smell... hva folk sier » ing very good and everything gives an impression of clean and quality. The owner - I suppose - was waiting for us till midnight and he was so polite a - I decided to stay in Trogir, instead of Split for my very early flight from Split airport at 6.15am. (From Split it is about 20-25km and from Trogir, it is less than 10km to the airport). The hotel arranged a local taxi for me and It was less than a 10min taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is very modern and clean and less than 5 min. walk to the old town of Trogir.
