  The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

That was my second time been there, two years ago I was there with my sons and granddaughters. For me that is my house at Medellin.   I was afraid because I couldn't find a review about this hotel, but it was because it is brand new. The rooms are clean and very well decorated. The staff that works at the hotel are very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect because it is located 2 blocks away from Parque Lleras.

  One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. We had 2 unusual medical emergencies, and the staff handled them both quickly and thoroughly, and we were never charged anything for any of it. Very caring and helpful the entire time. - The location was perfect and we really enjoyed all the facilities that the hotel offered.
