  The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. - Because o... hva folk sier » f the delay of my flight, I couldn't make it that day for my reservation. They didn't charge me for that night while I was checking out. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

  I was afraid because I couldn't find a review about this hotel, but it was because it is brand new. The rooms are clean and very well decorated. The staff that works at the hotel are very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect because it is located 2 blocks away from Parque Lleras.

  Friendly, helpful staff including front desk, bell hops and breakfast/restaurant staff. Good central location in El Poblado; walking distance to Parque Lleras. Breakfast is plentiful, nice offer of a welcome drink. Churrasco en El Puerto restaurant was excellent.   Staff was very friendly and open to gave us advice about where to go. The hotel is located right in front of the Atanasio Girardot Sports Center. Estadio metro station is just 3 blocks away from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is neat and has almost everything you usually eat for breakfast.
